Old West Waste Solutions provides commercial dumpster service for contractors, property managers and businesses across Heber City, Park City and the Wasatch Back. As a registered motor carrier (USDOT 4283877), we run recurring roll-off service and scheduled swap programs, so a fresh bin is there before the old one overflows.
One-time rentals work for single projects. However, ongoing work needs a hauler you can count on every week, with one point of contact and predictable pickups.
Who Uses Recurring Service
- Builders running several jobsites at once.
- Roofing and landscaping companies with steady volume.
- Property managers handling turnovers and cleanouts.
- Businesses with regular bulky waste or cleanup needs.
How Scheduled Swaps Work
- Plan: we review your jobs, volume and timing.
- Schedule: we set swap days that match your workflow, weekly or on call.
- Swap: our hooklift truck drops an empty bin and hauls the full one in one stop.
- Adjust: as projects change, we move bins and change the schedule with you.
