What We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit our quote request form, call or email us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, project address and details about your project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed. Some of this is collected through Cloudflare, which we use for site security and performance.
Calls and messages. If you call, text or email us, we keep a record of that communication so we can respond, schedule service and bill accurately.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to respond to quote requests, schedule deliveries and pickups, provide our services, send invoices and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work and stay secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Who We Share Data With
We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they process data only on our behalf. These include our website host, Cloudflare for security and performance, and our email provider. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we share it beyond these providers only if required by law.
How Long We Keep It
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, or as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, except data we must keep for administrative, legal or security purposes. To make a request, email [email protected].
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including serving this site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work with reputable providers and limit access to your data.
Children
Our website and services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
